This essay was forged through fire to encourage you in your season of building.
I was 27 years old, directionless, overweight, and had a chipped tooth. Starting my life over.
From 23-26, I joined two guys, and we built a company from a coffee shop, eventually expanding to a whole warehouse within three years. I went from helping build an 8-figure e-commerce store, to a job of bussing tables and washing dishes. Little did I know the great plan God had for me by humbling myself under His mighty hand.
This is what I learned, to show you there is meaning in all seasons.
- God will use brokenness to build us, and preserve us.
- Small things, like small hinges, done with large love, swing open big doors.
- Service is alignment and alleviates anxiety and depression.
- Finding out that every thing in our life has deep meaning attached to it when viewed with the proper perspective.
This will add value to your life, it's poetry, beauty, and creative expression.
